This version applies to the Russian Vibe Piano web service at https://vibepiano.ru. Changing the interface language does not change the operator or the applicable rules. The English and Chinese texts are translations of this version. The standalone iOS application has separate terms.
1. Parties and purpose of the service
Индивидуальный предприниматель Соболев Дмитрий Павлович, ОГРНИП 326508100266477, ИНН 501502113878 provides Vibe Piano, a software service for independent practice: a virtual piano, pieces, trainers and music theory. It is a learning tool, not a promise of a particular result, a medical service or a programme that awards an educational qualification. Users review the terms before taking the relevant action; data processing is described in the policy, and mandatory and optional consents are collected separately.
2. Free access and accounts
Features available without payment are identified in the interface. Additional access may be provided through a teacher's or organiser's code. If the site provides code-based access and checkout is unavailable, no money or card details are required. The subscription description below does not mean that subscriptions are already on sale.
An adult user sets up an account in their own name, including for a child's practice under their responsibility. Maintain access to your chosen sign-in method. Do not share your account with unrelated persons or impersonate someone else. Access purchased on iOS is governed by separate terms and is not automatically transferred to a web account.
3. Purchasing a paid subscription
A paid contract is concluded only when checkout is available, the price, currency, duration and recurring payment terms are displayed, this version is expressly accepted and payment is confirmed. You may abandon the order before confirmation. We retain the version and parameters of the accepted offer. The discounted price and final amount are stated before payment, not determined afterwards.
The “monthly” web plan provides 30 days of access and the “yearly” plan 365 days; these are not a calendar month and year. The yearly plan is paid in full. A price shown as a monthly equivalent does not mean that the yearly plan is charged monthly. Renewal adds the paid period to current access; where access has expired, the new period begins after payment is confirmed.
Payment details are entered with the payment provider. An electronic receipt must be provided in the cases and manner required by law. The service's payment-success email does not in itself replace a fiscal receipt.
4. Trial period and automatic renewal
If trial access is offered, its duration and initial charge are shown separately. The intended web mechanism is 7 days with an actual charge of 1 RUB when a card is connected; this is not an entirely free transaction. No automatic refund of the 1 RUB is promised. After the trial, renewal is possible only for 30 days at the separately displayed and accepted price; switching to the yearly plan without a new selection is not permitted.
Automatic renewal is permitted only when the recurring payment condition has been expressly accepted. A new recurring charge must not occur before the end of the paid or trial period shown to the user. Publishing a different price on the site does not change an already accepted renewal amount: different terms require a new agreement.
5. Stopping renewal and declining further use of a card
Turning off automatic renewal stops future recurring payments but does not in itself request the immediate termination of access already paid for. An active subscription can be cancelled through the account; if the action is unavailable or unconfirmed, send your request to privacy@vibepiano.ru.
Separately, you have the right to prohibit the use of previously provided payment details by electronic means. Write to the same address, identifying your account and stating “do not use my saved payment method”. Your full card number and CVV are not needed. Once that refusal is received, those details must not be used for new recurring charges. Reconnection requires a new expression of consent; the presence of a technical token is not a substitute.
Deleting the application, signing out or closing a tab does not cancel a subscription. If a payment was already made before the request was received, a refund is considered separately; this does not authorise new charges after the refusal.
6. Termination, refunds and complaints
A consumer may terminate the contract at any time, taking into account services actually provided and documented expenses to the extent permitted by law. Not practising every day does not in itself mean that the access provided was not supplied, but neither does it remove the right to terminate the contract for the future.
To terminate the contract and request a refund for an unused period, send your account details, payment date and amount, transaction identifier if available and the substance of your request to privacy@vibepiano.ru. We review the grounds, explain the calculation and return the refundable amount through the payment provider. An automatic refund at the press of an in-app button is not claimed. Enquiries are considered within statutory periods; mandatory rights to a refund, proportionate price reduction and compensation for harm are not restricted by this agreement.
7. Materials and user recordings
Software code, design and materials are protected to the extent of applicable rights. Sources for sheet music, arrangements, fonts and audio are listed on the licences and sources page. Open licences retain their terms; this agreement does not revoke uses they permit or claim ownership of public-domain works.
When recording and publishing a performance, the user must have the necessary rights to the materials distributed. The user grants the operator non-exclusive permission to store, technically transform and play the selected recording through a link for the requested feature, without transferring exclusive rights. This does not grant separate permission to use the recording in advertising. Publication of information linked to a person requires separate consent.
The recording can be deleted in the account, after which the service link will stop working. The operator cannot remotely delete copies already downloaded by others. Send complaints concerning infringement to privacy@vibepiano.ru, including the link and grounds for the complaint.
8. Service operation and restrictions
Interference with the website, circumvention of access restrictions, extraction of other people's data and unlawful publication of materials are not permitted. In the event of a confirmed violation, access may be restricted proportionately to the risk; the user may request a review of the decision. A restriction does not remove financial or property rights provided by law.
Features and the catalogue may be updated. Without a ground provided by law, changes must not deprive a user of the scope of access they have paid for. Statutory remedies apply if a paid service is substantially unavailable. “As is” wording does not release the operator from mandatory liability.
9. Changes, applicable law and contact
Russian law and mandatory provisions applicable to the consumer apply. This agreement does not remove the right to contact a competent authority or bring a court claim under statutory jurisdiction rules. New terms do not apply retroactively to an already accepted order. Changes to payment obligations require proper agreement.
