This version applies to the Russian Vibe Piano web service at https://vibepiano.ru. Changing the interface language does not change the operator or the applicable rules. The English and Chinese texts are translations of this version. The standalone iOS application has separate terms.
1. Voluntary choice
By separately selecting this consent, I authorise Индивидуальный предприниматель Соболев Дмитрий Павлович, ОГРНИП 326508100266477, ИНН 501502113878 to send advertising messages about Vibe Piano, including new features, offers and discounts, to the email address I have provided. My display name may be used to address me. Consent is not a condition of registration, learning, purchase or continued access. The option is not selected by default.
2. Limits of consent
This consent concerns email, not telephone calls, SMS, messaging services or selling my address to advertisers. Service notifications relating to an action already requested, security or a required payment or settlement do not become advertising because this consent is absent. Advertising content must not be disguised as mandatory messages.
3. Duration and withdrawal
Consent remains valid until withdrawal or the advertising purpose ends. It can be withdrawn in account settings or by writing to privacy@vibepiano.ru. Advertising messages must stop after the request. Withdrawal does not stop necessary messages concerning an existing contract. The existence of consent does not mean that advertising emails have already been launched.
