This version applies to the Russian Vibe Piano web service at https://vibepiano.ru. Changing the interface language does not change the operator or the applicable rules. The English and Chinese texts are translations of this version. The standalone iOS application has separate terms.
1. A separate action
By pressing “Give the teacher access” on the “My profile” page I separately permit Индивидуальный предприниматель Соболев Дмитрий Павлович, ОГРНИП 326508100266477, ИНН 501502113878 to provide the data about my practice listed below to one teacher whose profile code I entered. Without this consent the teacher does not see data about my practice, and practice and the other functions of the service work as before. The consent is given separately for each teacher.
2. Which data and to whom
The teacher sees my name from the sign-in service, if there is one, and my profile code, the catalogue pieces I chose and, for each of them: minutes of playing at the instrument per week, the number of days with playing, the number of attempts and passes, the number of mistakes and stops per bar, the learning stages of passages (all notes played, first clean pass, consolidated, by heart) and how their own assignments were done during the assignment period. All numbers are counted from the practice saved in my account; they describe practice and are not an assessment of ability, level or quality of performance. The time of day, the start time and length of individual sessions, my notes, recordings, sound, microphone data, payment details and other pieces are not shown to the teacher. The teacher may add an assignment to a chosen piece: bars, hands, tempo, minutes per day, the lesson date and a text of up to 280 characters. The assignment is seen by me and this teacher.
3. A student under 18
If the student is under 18, only their legal representative opens the access: the representative states this when granting the access and gives consent on the student's behalf. Without that statement no access to a minor's practice is granted. The teacher sees that the access was granted by a legal representative. The operator does not check documents of representation; the person making the statement confirms that it is true.
4. Purpose, actions and limits
The purpose is learning work with the teacher I chose. The operator may store this data, calculate measures from it and show them to the teacher on their profile page at https://vibepiano.ru while the teacher is signed in to their account and keeps the teacher status. The data is not published and is not passed to other teachers, users or third parties. These are general personal data; special categories and biometric personal data are not provided by this action.
5. Duration and withdrawal
The consent is in force while the access is open, but no longer than my account and the teacher's account exist. I can change the list of pieces or close the access at any time on the “My profile” page: the teacher stops seeing the data at once, and when the access is closed their assignments are deleted. I may also send a withdrawal to prostosobolev@gmail.com. The operator cannot remove from the teacher what the teacher has already seen. Evidence that consent was given and withdrawn may be kept on a separate lawful basis.
