This version applies to the Russian Vibe Piano web service at https://vibepiano.ru. Changing the interface language does not change the operator or the applicable rules. The English and Chinese texts are translations of this version. The standalone iOS application has separate terms.
1. A separate action
By pressing “Make my profile open” I separately permit Индивидуальный предприниматель Соболев Дмитрий Павлович, ОГРНИП 326508100266477, ИНН 501502113878 to process the data listed below in order to distribute it under Article 10.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Refusing does not limit practice: without this consent the profile stays closed and nobody but me can see its page. I confirm that I am an adult acting on my own behalf or as a student's legal representative.
2. Which data becomes available and to whom
The page https://vibepiano.ru/u/… shows: the nickname I chose, or until one is set an impersonal label with my profile code; the profile code; my level and accumulated points; the date the profile was opened. If I separately enable showing my “want to learn” list, the titles of the pieces I selected are shown too. My notes on pieces are never published. These are general personal data; special categories and biometric personal data are not distributed by this action. The information resource through which access is provided is the website https://vibepiano.ru.
The name and avatar received from the sign-in service, email, trainer answers, payment details and recordings are not published by this action. Anyone who opens the page address by profile code or nickname gets access. A no-index instruction for search engines is not a password and does not guarantee the absence of external copies.
3. Nickname
I choose the nickname myself. I do not put my real surname, first name, phone number, address or other identifying details into it, nor other people's names or marks. The operator may reject or reset a nickname that breaks the law or the rights of others.
4. Purpose, actions and limits
The purpose is to show my progress to other users of the service at my own wish. The operator may store this data, host the profile page and provide access to it. The consent does not allow profile data to be used in an advertising campaign or personal data I did not select to be added to the page. The operator does not pass this data to individual recipients over an internal network: access is provided only through the page named above.
By this action I do not set conditions or prohibitions on the processing of this data by an unlimited group of people. If I want to set such conditions or prohibitions, I do not open the profile until they are agreed through privacy@vibepiano.ru. The consent field does not replace the required details of the data subject, verification of a representative's authority or the drawing up of individual conditions where the law requires them.
5. Duration and ending distribution
The consent is in force while the profile is open, but no longer than the account exists. I can close the profile at any time on the “My profile” page: the page immediately stops being available to others, and this action counts as withdrawal of consent. I may also send a request to stop distribution to privacy@vibepiano.ru, giving details that identify me, a contact address and the list of data; the operator stops distribution no later than three working days after receiving the request. Deleting the account closes and deletes the profile. This does not remove copies already made by third parties. Evidence that consent was given or withdrawn may be kept on a separate lawful basis, but it does not permit continued publication.
