This version applies to the Russian Vibe Piano web service at https://vibepiano.ru. Changing the interface language does not change the operator or the applicable rules. The English and Chinese texts are translations of this version. The standalone iOS application has separate terms.
1. Recipient and scope of consent
By selecting a separate consent option that is not preselected and confirming the action in the interface, I give Индивидуальный предприниматель Соболев Дмитрий Павлович, ОГРНИП 326508100266477, ИНН 501502113878 consent to process my data to create and maintain my Vibe Piano account, save learning progress and record evidence of my expressed choice.
Data: name or display name, email if provided, avatar URL, chosen sign-in provider identifier, internal account identifier, information about sessions, selected pieces and exercises, results, answers and response times; consent type and version, time, source, IP address and browser information in the evidence of consent.
2. Processing methods and limits
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, disclosure to an authorised processor where a lawful ground exists, blocking, deletion and destruction are permitted, by automated and non-automated means. Processing is limited to the stated purposes and the necessary scope. General conditions, recipients and rights are described in the policy.
This consent does not cover advertising emails, public placement of a recording, optional analytics or charging money: separate actions are provided for these. Viewing the policy or closing a window does not constitute consent.
3. Duration and withdrawal
Consent applies from confirmation until the processing purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn. It can be withdrawn by writing to privacy@vibepiano.ru; deleting the account also initiates termination of the associated processing. Any need to retain particular data under a contract, by law or to protect legitimate interests is considered separately and explained to the applicant. Response and fulfilment periods are determined by Federal Law No. 152-FZ and stated in the policy.
4. Age and representation
I confirm that I am an adult acting on my own behalf or have authority to act as a legal representative. If consent is given on behalf of another person, the operator may verify that authority. This confirmation alone does not create a separate verified child account.
