This version applies to the Russian Vibe Piano web service at https://vibepiano.ru. Changing the interface language does not change the operator or the applicable rules. The English and Chinese texts are translations of this version. The standalone iOS application has separate terms.
1. Separate publication
By selecting this option and pressing the publication button for a particular recording, I separately authorise Индивидуальный предприниматель Соболев Дмитрий Павлович, ОГРНИП 326508100266477, ИНН 501502113878 to process the data listed below for distribution in accordance with Article 10.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Declining does not prevent practice or saving the recording on my device.
2. Data made available and recipients
Permission applies only to the selected synthesised audio recording of the performance, the piece title, composer and publication date on the page at https://vibepiano.ru/r/… and the associated audio file. This action does not publish the name, avatar, email, trainer answers, payment information or other recordings. The microphone stream is not part of this recording.
Access is available to anyone with the link; they can listen to and download the file. The link can be forwarded. Blocking search engine indexing is not a password and does not guarantee that external copies will not exist.
3. Purpose, actions and restrictions
The purpose is to show my performance, at my request, to a teacher or other people I choose through a publicly accessible link. The operator may store and technically transform the file, publish the page and provide access to the recording. This consent does not permit the operator to use it for biometric identification, an independent advertising campaign or the addition of personal data I have not selected.
If I wish to set other conditions or restrictions on distribution, I will not publish the recording until these have been agreed through privacy@vibepiano.ru. The consent option does not replace necessary information about the data subject, verification of a representative's authority or documentation of individual conditions where required by law.
4. Duration and ending distribution
Consent applies to the selected publication until the recording is deleted or consent is withdrawn. I can delete a particular recording in my account or send a request to privacy@vibepiano.ru containing information identifying me, a contact address, the link and a list of the data whose distribution must stop. The operator ends distribution within the statutory period; when I delete the recording myself, it becomes unavailable through the service.
Deleting the account deletes publications linked to it. This does not delete copies already downloaded or independently published by third parties. Evidence that consent was received or withdrawn may be retained on a separate lawful ground, but does not authorise continued publication.
